A theme of so much of my research is the relationship between poetry and song. Literary world (Nepal Progressive Writer’s Association, etc.), forgive me if I appear not to pay enough attention to the lyrics in favor of the music and the dance. When I do pay attention to the literary study of songs, it’s this kind of attention to the sonic aspects of lyrics that piques my interest.
